Lady Mayoress' Coffee Morning
Lady Mayoress' Coffee Morning 2025 In Aid Of Marymount Hospice

Coffee pots & pumpkins were the order of the day at Cork City Hall recently as Lady Mayoress of Cork, Karen Brennan, launched the Lady Mayoress’ Coffee Morning in Aid of Marymount University Hospital & Hospice which will take place on Thursday 30th October in Cork City Millennium Hall.
The cakes, cups and autumnal veg on display gave a flavour of what is to come when this annual event returns during the upcoming mid-term break and is definitely a date to mark on the calendar for all. The Coffee Morning raises essential funds for Marymount and this support helps to continue delivering specialist palliative care across the city.
Businesses and groups across the city are generously offering cakes, scones, coffee, and their time for this worthwhile event. Talking about the importance of fundraising, the Lady Mayoress stated: " As Lady Mayoress, I am deeply honoured to support Marymount Hospice. The care and comfort given here touch so many families in our community. Fundraising is essential to keep this wonderful work going, and every contribution truly makes a difference. Together, through generosity and kindness, we can ensure Marymount continues to be a place of dignity, compassion, and hope."
The Lady Mayoress’ Coffee Morning will be hosted in Millennium Hall on Eglinton Street from 10am to 12.30 pm on October 30th, 2025. Entry is free, with donations encouraged, and the event is open to the public, to community groups and to anyone who loves cake & coffee! Proceeds from sales go to Marymount University Hospital & Hospice.
Cork City Council and Lady Mayoress extend their thanks to all volunteers, donors and performers for making this event happen!
