Getting Here

A number of road restrictions will be in place around Fitzgerald Park to facilitate Cork Carnival of Science, please plan your journey and allow ample time to reach the event.

Cork Carnival of Science offers over 50 fun filled activities including sit down science shows, hands on workshops and interactive stands along with Cork's finest street cuisine. Keep an eye out for our walk about scientists they can pop up anywhere !

Cork Carnival of Science launches 2023 programme with a Whizz, Pop, Bang! Fitzgerald’s Park will be transformed into a science super park from 10th-11th June with over 45 FREE science-based activities. Ireland’s largest outdoor science engagement event, Cork Carnival of Science, has announced its programme for this year’s event, which takes place from 10th - 12th June 2023.
