Homeless Services
The South West Regional Homelessness Action Plan 2025–2028 provides a strategic, collaborative framework to address homelessness, developed in consultation with key stakeholders across government and the NGO sector in the South West Region.
This plan recognises the complex causes of homelessness and emphasises the importance of strong interagency collaboration to deliver effective supports.
It is structured around three core objectives: preventing homelessness, protecting those experiencing homelessness, and supporting progression out of homelessness. The plan will guide regional service delivery and inform the development of tailored Local Action Plans.
