Butter has been part of Irish culture for thousands of years. The oldest butter in Ireland is 4500 years old! Join us at The Butter Museum to hear ancient stories of cows, butter and the butter roads that wind their way from the countryside all around into the heart of Cork city.
Photographs will be taken during the event. There is on street parking in Shandon and parking discs are available from The Butter Museum. O'Connell Square and The Butter Museum are wheelchair accessible. The social story available from Contact - The Butter Museum can help to plan visits with neurodivergent children.
