Under the expert guidance of Head Chef Maura Baxter and her team, the youth club’s budding young cooks will prepare and present a delicious 3 course dinner.
This celebration of ability, creativity and community will begin with a 6.30pm with a drinks reception. The event is MC’d by Joe McNamee, senior food writer with the Irish Examiner and is sponsored by MTU, who facilitate the weekly Down Syndrome Youth Club cooking classes.
