Bookings open for Teacher Summer Course

‘Exploring Primary Science’ is a summer course for primary school teachers run by Una Leader our Education Officer in association with Cork Education Support Centre. The summer course runs from Monday 2nd to Friday 6th July 2018 and is approved by the Department of Education for the purpose of awarding EPV days.
This is a course for primary level, most suited to teachers of 3rd to 6th class, who would like to build up their knowledge and confidence in the teaching of primary science.  Over the five days participants will engage in hands on activities using everyday items that can be used in the classroom to develop science skills and concepts and encourage discovery and investigation.
