A European Project developed under the LIFE Programme for Environment and Climate Change aimed at identifying skills gaps in the housing retrofit sector. The project will develop training schemes to tackle these skills gaps through engagement and collaboration with local authorities, energy agencies, contractors, developers and stakeholders.
