TRIA CAFE AT FITZGERALDS PARK

Located to the rear of Cork Public Museum in Fitzgerald's Park.

Tria Café is a new premium casual café located in Fitzgerald’s Park on the Mardyke, just behind the Cork Public Museum. Operated by Back to Front Hospitality Ltd—the group behind The Spitjack restaurants—the café has taken over the former Natural Foods Bakery space following a significant refurbishment. It aims to provide a fresh, wholesome and creative food offering in a relaxed, park-side setting.

.

Open seven days a week in line with park hours, Tria serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, alongside specialty coffee and artisan beverages. The menu balances indulgent and health-focused options, including gourmet sandwiches such as rotisserie ham and cheese melt and falafel ciabatta, pancakes, açaí bowls, soups, salads and freshly baked pastries. Creative drinks like peanut butter lattes, matcha variations and wellness lattes add a distinctive touch.

.

The café offers cosy indoor seating as well as outdoor tables, making it a popular stop for families, walkers and local workers. Customers frequently praise the friendly staff, clean interiors and quality of the food.
Overall, Tria Café brings a vibrant, modern addition to Fitzgerald’s Park’s food scene.
