Community Development Grant 2026

Cork City Council wishes to invite applications for:-

Community Groups who wish to apply for small once off programme grants excluding arts and sports activities.
or Community Associations with Community Centres/Buildings for works of a capital or building maintenance nature.

Chief Executive of Cork City Council, Valerie O’Sullivan, welcomed the 2026 Community Development Grants:

“Cork City Council welcomes this round of funding for community projects across our city. The funding is aimed at grassroots projects which deliver a vast range of important and quality services and supports locally. These grants will provide much needed additional funding to communities”.

Closing date for receipt of applications is 5.00 p.m. 2nd February 2026.

Please note that incomplete applications or late applications cannot be considered.
