A VPRG scheme for applications where vacant former commercial/public use buildings are being converted in their entirety into two or more residential units.
Vacant Above the Shop Grant
A grant of up to €135,000 is available for the conversion or refurbishment of vacant above shop space into residential units for occupation as a principal private residence and/or for rental units.
