Customer Care Team Information Update

UPDATE (2.30pm):

A global technical issue which affected City Council Customer Care Team's phone line has been resolved and the team is able to receive phone calls again via its 021-492 4000 number.

The issue affected the systems of an outside phone service provider.

We apologise for any inconvenience the technical incident has caused.
