This statement relates specifically to your use of this platform, planning.agileapplications.ie/corkcity. We would also ask that you examine Cork City Council's general privacy statement for further information on how Cork City Council manages and protects personal data.

Data submitted to this platform is processed by IEG4, a company contracted by Cork City Council to host and process planning applications and submissions. Information you submit is managed in a GDPR compliant environment and is not transferred outside of the E.E.A. (European Economic Area).

Exceptions to this situation may exist where a digital payment is required as part of an application on this platform. Please read the section below on financial transactions.

Use of services on this platform requires a one-time registration with an active email address to create an account. You are advised to keep your login credentials safe and never to share them with a third party. Cork City Council takes no responsibility for the security of your login information. If you forget your password, you can request to have it reset from the main login screen. Once the account is activated, you can make submissions to relevant applications hosted on the platform.

Any information which you volunteer via this online platform will be treated with the highest standard of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Data Protection Acts, 1988-2018 and the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended). Data transferred from this platform to internal Cork City Council servers will be treated in accordance with the specific legislation and data retention period. Financial Transactions

Submissions on planning.agileapplications.ie/corkcity require payments to be made using a credit or debit card. These transactions take place in a secure environment on E-com and Global Payments and your card details are not stored on this platform. Ecom and Global Payments operates globally as a payment service provider and data submitted may be transferred outside of the E.E.A., including to the U.S.
