Bishop Lucey Park and The Counting House

Bishop Lucey Park and The Counting House

The newly-refurbished Bishop Lucey Park will also feature in the Corkmas cityscape, with a range of pop-up family events at weekends from Saturday 6 December, with activities for children and families, including: craft and circus workshops, a Kids’ festive disco, Christmas games and roaming entertainers.

And there’s more!

The new Counting House Plaza is set to become Cork’s ultimate Corkmas entertainment space, with nightly performances, music, dance also on Saturday 6th and also on Sunday 7th December. This culminates in a magical shared finale where everyone is invited to become part of Cork’s festive soundscape in a big Sing Along Social.

Also on the new Plaza, on December 13th, prepare to be enthralled by ‘Stories from the Book of Fire’, a journey through the primal power of fire presented by Ireland’s most acclaimed fire arts company, ROGU Fire Arts. This show will run at 5pm and again at 7pm that day.

Events are subject to weather – updates will be posted on Corkmas social media.
