Affordable Housing Scheme
Cork City Council is currently progressing the delivery of Affordable Housing on several schemes throughout the city.
Schemes where Affordable Housing will be made available in the coming year are as follows:
- Newton Heights, Boherboy Road, Lotamore, Cork
- Crann Danach, Montenotte, Cork
- Coolflugh, Kerry Road, Tower, Cork
- Hawkes Road, Bishopstown, Cork
As part of this process, Cork City Council will in due course, publicly advertise, via print and broadcast media, the respective Affordable Housing Schemes when available, for the benefit of interested parties.
This advertisement will direct interested parties to the appropriate website/online platform from where they will be able to access the respective documentation (application forms, FAQs, eligibility criteria, income limits, Priority Agreements, time frames etc.).
