Cork City Council Public Counter Opening Hours

Cork-City-Hall-Anglesea

18th February 2022

In line with the gradual lifting of restrictions as announced by the Taoiseach last month, our public counters at Cork City Hall are open from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

However, we suggest customers first visit www.corkcity.ie to see if their issue can be addressed online as many of our planning, housing, parking and environmental services are available here.

We are also encouraging the public to continue to book appointments in advance should they require a meeting with City Hall staff around HAP, RAS or planning.

Our Customer Service Unit can also be contacted at 021 492 4000.

In line with current public health guidelines, anyone attending City Hall is asked to please wear a face covering.

Anybody in need of homeless services can contact the Accommodation Placement Service at (021) 492 4248 or call to the office at the junction of Anderson's Street and Lower Oliver Plunkett Street from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m, Monday to Friday.
