This stall was established in 1921 and they are fourth generation sausage makers. O’Flynn’s Gourmet Sausages have a blend of old family recipes and pride themselves on creating exciting new flavours with international influence. From the local traditions of ‘Cork Boi’ sausage to the Sweet Italian, they are always on the hunt for new flavours that their customers will enjoy. Their Gourmet ranges can be found in local food shops and in selected stores throughout Ireland, as well as the English Market. O’Flynn’s use the finest of locally sourced meats and ingredients for their sausages and have been feeding the people of Cork for over 10 decades.
