EU and non-EU Roaming

Please be advised that Roaming for calls, texts and data abroad is not available on your Council issued device as standard. If you need EU or non-EU roaming enabled for business reasons on your Council issued mobile phone while abroad, ICT require Form C (Request for Data Roaming) to be completed and returned to mobilephones@corkcity.ie in advance of the date you are leaving.

Please note roaming package does not include Maritime (At Sea) and In-flight roaming and charges will be incurred for this.

Please contact your certifying officer for all mobile phone related forms if you do not have access to them.
