Lord Mayor's Gala Christmas Concert 2026

Proudly celebrating its 64^th year, the Lord Mayor’s Gala Christmas Concert returns to Cork City Hall on Saturday 5^th December for one of the most memorable nights of the season. With the theme of “Coming Home for Christmas”, this year’s concert will celebrate the magic of returning to treasured Christmas memories, family, and friends. The message at the heart of the evening is simple: wherever life may take us, there is something truly special about coming home.

Audiences can look forward to an incredible line-up including Cork Concert Orchestra, Mary Hegarty, Emma Nash, Dan O’Keeffe, and the City Hall Singers. A special highlight this year will be the first ever appearance of the renowned White Horse Guitar Club at the Gala Christmas Concert.

As is tradition, the Lord Mayor’s Gala Christmas Concert is a charity event, and Lord Mayor Cllr. Damian Boylan has chosen the Alzheimer Society of Ireland and Cork Stroke Support as this year’s beneficiaries.

The Lord Mayor’s Gala Christmas Concert has been a sell-out event in recent years so don’t miss the chance to experience this special celebration. Tickets are available from the Everyman website & Pro Musica, Oliver Plunkett Street.
