Elizabeth Fort

Location: Reeds Square, Barrack Street

Description:  Built in the aftermath of the Battle of Kinsale, the star shaped fort has watched over Cork for over 400 years. Enjoy panoramic city views from the ramparts and explore the permanent exhibition.

Time: Tues to Sat 10am to 5pm, Sun 12pm to 5pm

FREE: Admission is free but daily tour at 1pm costs €5 per person.

Booking required: No but groups should book in advance.
