Cork City Council and Cork County Council prepared the Joint Housing Strategy for Cork Planning Authorities 2014 to inform the respective Development Plans of each Council. The Strategy sets out an overall framework for the supply of land to meet housing needs arising across the administrative areas in line with population and housing targets for the South West Region.
