Is éard atá i gceist le Gaeilge ar Ghloine ná rogha scríbhneoireachta sa teanga Gaeilge ó fhilí agus údair aitheanta atá lonnaithe i gCathair Chorcaí, ó fhilí óga a foilsíodh in The Unfinished Book Of Poetry 2020 agus ó bhaill de ghrúpa scríbhneoireachta Leabharlanna Chathair Chorcaí, Peann agus Pár. Cuireann na suiteáin ar fhuinneoga na leabharlanna timpeall na cathrach saibhreas an chumais scríbhneoireachta as Gaeilge i láthair an phobail inár gcathair, saibhreas ó scríbhneoirí cáiliúla agus ó dhaoine go mbeidh aithne orthu sna blianta atá romhainn. Céiliúrann na sleachta Féile Naomh Pádraig agus Corcaigh mar Chathair Scríbhneoirí, Cathair Léitheoirí.

A selection of Irish language writing from established poets and writers based in Cork City - young poets published in The Unfinished Book Of Poetry 2020, and members of Cork City Libraries’ Peann agus Pár writing group. Installations on the windows of libraries around the city showcase the wealth of Irish language writing talent in our city from well-known writers to those who will be better known in the years ahead. The excepts celebrate St Patrick’s Festival and Cork as A City or Writers, a City of Readers.
