COVID-19: Information and Frequently Asked Questions
for Social Housing Clients
During this global pandemic, Cork City Council is conscious of concern among our clients regarding the Covid-19 virus and we are fully committed to complying with public health advice to reduce the spread of infection, while maintaining continuity in provision of essential services.
Following the most recent restrictions announced by the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar on Friday 27th March, and in the interest of your health, safety and wellbeing, and that of our wider community and in particular vulnerable clients, we need you to adjust how you engage with us. We would urge our clients, particularly those who may have health issues or may be in a demographic identified as being vulnerable to infection, to contact us by telephone or by e-mail in the first instance.
Further information is available below in the COVID-19 FAQs folder, to answer the most frequent queries we are receiving and including contact telephone numbers and e-mails for all of our services.
We wish to thank our clients for their patience and understanding during this unprecedented pandemic, and also wish to acknowledge the support of our frontline staff in their ongoing commitment to maintaining our services to our customers.
