Permanent Orienteering Courses and Information
Due to the demand by schools, clubs and the general public for permanent orienteering courses to be set up in the City, the first permanent course was put in place in the Glen Amenity Park in 2005 in partnership with Cork Schools Orienteering Association. The uptake was so positive that additional courses have been set up in Clashduv Park, Togher, Murphys Farm, Bishopstown, The Marina and The Lee Fields.
Information packs and maps are available free of charge from the Recreation, Amenity and Culture Dept. For further information or to receive maps contact 021-4924741.
