The Members of Cork City Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting of the 6th December 2010 approved the adoption of the Beamish and Crawford Development Brief. The purpose of this development brief is to expand on existing policies and objectives of the City Development Plan 2009 – 2015 and set out the main planning and development principles on which redevelopment proposals for the Beamish and Crawford site should be based.

Copies of the brief can be viewed at the following locations during normal opening hours:

• Planning and Development public counter in City Hall;
• Cork City Council libraries;
• On line at www.corkcity.ie
