Cork City is the second city in Ireland located in the south of the country.

Its Docklands are located within walking distance of the existing city centre and stretch across the River Lee to the north and south.

The North Docks largely consists of two major land holdings – the Kent Station lands and the Water Street/former Barry’s timber yard site, while the South Docks consists of a more extensive land area stretching from the river quays south towards Monahan’s Road and from Albert Quay in the east to Church Avenue, Blackrock in the west.
