Book of Condolence for the friends and families of the victims of the Paris attacks


The Lord Mayor of Cork Cllr. Chris O’Leary opened a Book of Condolence in The Atrium, City Hall
for the friends and families of the victims of the Paris attacks.

The Lord Mayor said “I am opening a Book of Condolence to allow the people of Cork to express their sympathies to the families and friends of those killed in this terrible tragedy. It is also a mark of solidarity with the many French people living in Cork. France, and its people will be foremost in our thoughts and prayers at this very painful time. I will present the Book of Condolence to the French Ambassador on behalf of the city of Cork”.

The Book of  Condolence will  be available for signing  for 2 weeks during regular office hours.
