Red and White flag of Cork at the Tramore Valley Park

Cork City Council in association with East Cork Crane Hire showed their support  for the Cork Senior Hurling Team by flying the red and white flag of Cork at the Tramore Valley Park over the past weekend.‌

The huge flag which measured 20m by 10m was hoisted between 2 cranes provided by East Cork Crane Hire on Friday evening in the presence of the Lord Mayor Councillor Catherine Clancy .

The flag, which was also floodlit could be seen both day and night all over the city centre and as far afield as  Montenotte, Churchfield and Grange until it was taken down on Monday 09th.

Cork City Council and East Cork Crane will fly the Cork Flag again over the weekend of the All Ireland Senior Hurling Replay.
