Fionnbara Bantry Longboat participates in Seafair Haven Festival
Pictured above are the Lord Mayor of Cork Cllr. Michael O' Connell and Lady Mayoress Catherine O' Connell with the crew of the Fionnbarra Bantry Longboat before their departure for Milford Haven to take part in the Seafair Haven Festival for traditional and classic vessels which took place from 3rd to 10th July , 2010.
Also included (far left) is Jim O Donovan, Director of Service, Community and Enterprise Directorate, Cork City Council which supports the "Meitheal Mara" project, organisers of the yearly "Ocean to City" race .
