This year's Annual Chernobyl Children’s Project International Charity Cycle took place on the 18th and 19th of June 2010. The cycle is fast becoming THE charity cycle event and the weekend has consistently been praised by all those who have taken part. Many seasoned cyclists have said that of the events they have taken part in, this has been number one for organisation and provision of facilities & refreshments, etc.

The launch of a website last year enabled the event to double its figures from the year before to 300 cyclists. Most cyclists return year after year and bring friends and fellow cyclists along with them ,

Over 400 cyclists took part in the 2010 event and this assembly was pictured on the concourse of the City Hall before the off in brilliant sunshine
