New website for Cork City Libraries

Cork City Libraries have completely revamped their new website at www.corkcitylibraries.ie. As well as the new clearer and more attractive layout, new content has been drafted throughout. A completely new underlying structure improves linkages between the new web pages. By selecting the ‘Your Libraries’ tab, for example, you are brought to a simplified map of the city highlighting locations of Cork City Libraries, and by clicking on the appropriate link you are immediately brought to the relevant library. We would welcome your comments at citylibraries@corkcity.ie or telephone us at 4924906.

Cork City Libraries now host two websites, its general website at www.corkcitylibraries.ie and its very popular local studies service at www.corkpastandpresent.ie. The City Council IS Department played a key role in supporting the development of these two sites, which were drafted by the eLibrary Services of Cork City Libraries.
