Terms and Conditions:

1. Ordnance Survey Ireland publications are Copyright © Government of Ireland protected by the Copyright Act 1963, Copyright (Amendment) Act 1987 and EU Copyright and Database Directives. Copyright is infringed by any person who, without the consent of the Director, Ordnance Survey Ireland, reproduces a work or any substantial part thereof, whether the reproduction is direct or through a fresh drawing or from a map or document based on Ordnance Survey Ireland material, whatever the means of reproduction.
   
   
2. Any organisation or individual wishing to reproduce Ordnance Survey Ireland material or use it as a basis for their own publication or other purposes not permitted in this license must obtain - an additional license from Ordnance Survey Ireland. A royalty will be payable for this license.
   
   
3. Use of 0Si data on the Intemet site is permitted under the following conditions:
   
   
   Mapping may be accessed and viewed for bona fide personal use only. This includes the printing of one copy of the relevant map extract.
   
   The exploitation of data for commercial or business purposes is not permitted.
   Map data can only be downloaded in raster form, it cannot be downloaded to the browser except to permit viewing of the map.
   
   Mapping may not be used to: distribute, sell, give away, let for hire or license by way of trade, offering or exposing for sale or hire products directly or indirectly based on the mapping, construct a map or map based database or product of any form, publish or use for demonstration purposes extracts or combinations of data made available through the web site.
   
   
4. Ordnance Survey Ireland is not liable in any way for the data displayed on the Intenet Site, and does not warrant against its improper use, accuracy, completeness or currency. The extent of 0Si liability is limited to the cost of the data supplied.
   
   
5. The duration of this license is 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with paragraph 6 below. The license may continue at the sole discretion of 0Si, but only if confirmed in writing beforehand.
   
   
6. This license may be terminated by giving three months written notice. If terminated, all 0Si material, or 0Si based material must be removed from the Internet site immediately, and written confirmation of this provided to 0Si.
   
   
7. This license cannot be assigned sub-let or transferred in any way
   
   
8. The terms and conditions of this license are governed by the Laws of Ireland
