Throwing of the Dart Ceremony 2009
On Sunday 30th August 2009, the Lord Mayor Cllr. Dara Murphy, along with 30 guests, travelled aboard the LE Róisín to perform the traditional "Throwing of the Dart" at Roches Point, so conferring on him the honorary title of Admiral of the Port.
