Celebrate Engineers Week at Old Cork Waterworks Experience with our family fun engineering themed open day on Sunday March 1st from 11.00am to 4.00pm. Admission is free, children and adults may explore and enjoy a series of stands and activities to discover the role of engineering.
Activities will include driving VEX robots, LEGO building, KNEX construction and connecting snap circuits, follow an engineering trail, hook a duck and much much more with all activities and stands manned by volunteer engineers and local STEM education and research centres. No need to book just drop in, join the fun and celebrate the many roles of engineering.
